This App mAadhaar has been released as a Digital India initiative, this app is developed by UIDAI which includes demographic information like name, date of birth, gender and address along with the user's photograph and is linked with one's Aadhaar number. This App mAadhaar allows you to lock/ unlock your Aadhaar Biometric, Time based onetime password which can be used as an alternative to SMS bases OTP etc.

With mAadhaar App users will also be able to update their profile but only after successful completion of the request. To use mAadhaar App, your registered mobile number should be on same device on which you are installing mAadhaar App. Incase if your mobile number is not registered with your Aadhaar Card you will not be able to use this app, to use this you will have to get your mobile number updated in your Aadhaar Card. QR Code and Password Protected eKYC is additional features found in this app.

This step by Government has waked up each and every residents to link their Bank Account to Aadhaar Card, and this step will also prevent Money Laundering.

With this latest step taken by Government the employee will have to submit 3 forms which will be Form 19 which will be of withdrawing benefits, Form 10C which will be of pension related matters and Form 31 which will be for partial withdrawal of PF amount. Employees will have to submit claim forms through Aadhaar, but for this the EPFO Member Employee will have for first verify through eKYC and should have Aadhaar and Bank Account linked with Universal Account Number of EPFO.
